About CREATIVE EYE DESIGN-BUILD Creative Eye Design + Build is a sustainable design/build company. Services offered include space planning, building design, structural engineering, permitting, interior design, and complete construction services. Susan’s professional trajectory has remained steadfast: to remain true to herself and to produce high-quality, inspirational and life-enhancing designs. Susan has served clients in New York, Massachusetts, and California for 15 years. She is widely recognized as a leader in the green design/build industry, and aligns herself with companies and vendors who also embody this ethic. Susan believes that good design can support well-being, and her pioneering use of sustainable materials has enriched her projects with structure and flow that appeals to all the senses. As a licensed general contractor and interior designer, LEED AP, and CGBP, Susan provides superior professional services – from design and consulting to complete construction. Essential qualities of the company are design excellence, cost effectiveness, quality control and energy efficiency. Susan has been featured in National Kitchen & Bath Association ‘Profiles’ Magazine, Comstock's, and Green Business Quarterly Magazine (Chicago), Living Life Magazine, The Sacramento Bee, NARI, and The Granite Bay View, focusing on green building. Susan is a LEED AP, a Build It Green Certified Green Building Professional, a Licensed General Contractor and Interior Designer. She serves on the Sacramento City and County Green Task Force.
