We help you with material selection, either from our showroom or many local showrooms where we have long-term relationships. We walk you through the entire process from conception through complete construction.

We at Creative Eye Design-Build are also here to provide you with the necessary information and guidance to design and build your home with the smallest long-term carbon footprint.

Our team of subcontractors have worked with us for many years - we only work with tradespeople who have the highest quality craftsmanship and building ethics. We take pride in our work and build to the highest standards.

Together with our state-of-the-art software, knowledge of Building Code, and long-standing relationships with local Building Departments, we are able to expedite the design and permitting process.

Spurred on by public demand for environmentally sound products and building practices, as well as by increasingly stringent regulation, suppliers and contractors have responded with products and building practices that meet the tests of beauty, functionality, and environmental soundness. Our passion for environmentally-responsible design and building has led us to showcase personally-selected green products, as well as a full-service interior design showroom and studio in Roseville as a meeting place for clients to discuss design-build projects and to share and educate clients as to the latest green technologies and products available. As dealers of many products, we are able to specify and incorporate materials into projects, allowing substantial savings to our clients.

SUSAN PRANG Susan is the founder of Creative Eye Design-Build and Creative Eye Studio. She is a residential and commercial designer, licensed General Contractor and Certified Green Building Professional specializing in green building and sustainable design. Her projects have ranged from studio apartments to large scale residences and commercial projects - lofts, restaurants, retail stores, and medical offices. She has been active in the modernization of the downtown Sacramento area, designing urban lofts and restaurants, including the first LEED-certified restaurant in Midtown. Susan has 10 years' experience both residential and commercial applications. She has served clients in New York, Boston, and California since 1998. She has experience in all phases of building from residential development through construction and interior design. Prior to starting Creative Eye, Susan was an Art Director in Palo Alto, New York and Boston and attended The School of Visual Arts in New York City. She has brought a keen, well-developed sense of visual and spacial design to her design-build practice. Susan has been featured in The Sacramento Bee, NARI, NKBA Profiles Magazine, Comstock's, and BG&H Magazine. MARIE BROWN, LEED Accredited Professional Marie Brown is one of a few attorneys in the country who is an accredited professional (AP) in Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED). Marie is able to assist our clients through the LEED certification process, from startup to final verification of a project's green measures, as well as helping our clients navigate the evolving green building regulatory requirements. The LEED rating system administered by the USGBC is the nationally recognized benchmark for design, construction and operation of high-performance green buildings. LEED gives building owners and operators the tools they need to have an immediate and measurable impact on their buildings' performance through a whole-building approach to sustainability.
