Project Planning —If you know what you would like to achieve in your design or building project, but are uncertain how to get there, we can help! We work with you, we listen to your likes and dislikes, to determine an overall design. We do our planning, building and material specifications (including green building practices) and budgeting early in the design process so that they are integrated into the plans to expedite the permitting process, thus eliminating costly mistakes and delays. Good planning is the key to being satisified with the results!

Project Management — Many people are uncomfortable about simply turning control of a project over to Contractors, but lack the time and expertise to fully manage the project. As independent Project Managers, we can help qualify contractors, manage the bid process, supervise on-site work, enforce compliance with plans, provide Green Building documentation, report to you and to permit authorities, and resolve problems that may arise. We keep you in control while minimizing the burden on you.

Training —We can arrange hands-on American Clay Workshops. These workshops are taught by Orit Yanai, a certified American Clay instructor. They are open to both do-it-yourself homeowners and experienced contractors and other professionals who simply want to familiarize themselves with products.
